Non-destructive testing (NDT)

The tests available are:

• Liquid Penetrant Testing (ASTM E1417)
• Magnetic Particle Testing (ASTM E1444)

Painting

EA has a highly capable painting shop where all metal parts are painted with a complete array of MIL standard coatings (primers and topocoats) and bonding treatments.

Processes include:

• Automatic conformal coating spread of PWB 
• Adhesive bonding
• Vacuum sealing or resin potting operations that are regularly executed in a clean dedicated environment
