Since ten years now, EA started to design and manufactures gyros with MEMS sensors

New design/products

 

Our "3-axis Gyro System family" (designed to fit Gripen or Eurofighter applications or some other military land vehicle) is a MEMS based Angular Rate Sensor Unit usable for stabilization of aircrafts, tank turrets, torpedos and for stapdown INS (inertial navigation systems) and stabilization systems.


In particular the interfaces are adaptable to meet fully the requirements of the customers:

  • Electrical Interfaces
  • Mechanical Interfaces


SW/FW can be adapted for the following purposes:

  • Compensate different type of gyro sensors
  • Implement dedicated correction algorithms to enhance specific performances
  • Implement dedicated communication protocols
